Soda Cracker is a tough Chicago cop whose partner is gunned down by a sniper. Soda's pursuit for vengeance takes him to the city's ruthless underground only to lead him right back to his own police department. He and a few loyal cops must take on hit men, drug lords and corrupt cops in a bloody showdown.
